Extreme beauty supply offers the following Returns Policy 

shipping & return

All shipping is handled via USPS (UNITE STATES POSTAL SERVICE) and is calculated by weight and destination zip code. You may choose from any of the following methods:

United state (Domestic )

standard shipping ( first class mail USPS) deliver 3 to 6 days 

International

standard shipping ( first class mail international USPS) deliver 15 to 25 days 

The items in the box are damaged or missing. please check the box before sign for any damage than Please contact us via e-mail at thankyou@extremebeautysupply.com  or by telephone (225-767-8655). You need to contact us within 30 days of delivery date. We will try resolve the issue (ship replacement or credit) but, we may need to trace the package before any action is taken. If the package was shipped via UPS, we can start a 'tracer' at which time UPS will contact you.

Coloring or Perming Human Hair Extensions. Although human hair extensions can be dyed and permed, we do not recommend coloring or perming human hair extensions, as they have already been chemically processed. We will not assume responsibility for any damages that might result from coloring or perming.

Warranty Information. If the item fails to operate within 30 days of delivery then please follow our return procedure: Step 1: Contact us via e-mail at  thankyou@extremebeautysupply.com or by telephone (225-767-8655). Step 2: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Step 3: Ship the item (via UPS Ground or USPS) back to us. Step 4: If possible, we will ship you a replacement or credit your credit card. NOTE: If the item fails after 30 days of delivery, manufacturer's warranty procedures must be followed by the consumer. If the product has an warranty, then the warranty information should be on the product's owner card or elsewhere inside the package.

 

Return Policy:
All wigs, hair pieces, hair, make-up & any unsealed products ,lingeries & any underware products are final sale due to sanitary purposes.  We 
sincerely apologize for any inconveniences

 -----Order Cancellation Policy:
All of our orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders cancellations must be 
made before the transaction is completed. Order cancellations made after processing can not 
be honored

-----All items are inspected for damages prior to shipment. If there are any problems on our part we may do an exchange. Please notify us with 3 days of receiving item(s), reporting any damages or problems for an exchange. Please send us the pictures for the damage of the items when you notify us.

------ If in a instance you need to return, you must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling 
our Customer Service at ph 225-767-8655 or e-mail  thankyou@extremebeautysupply.com. Please make sure you write (RA#) number and attach 
to the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.

----- All returns are subject to 20% Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs are not Refundable.
We recommend that you insure or have delivery confirmation on the return items.

  • Customer Acknowledgment - Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by registering to use and/or using this site, including but not limited to placing an order to purchase a Product from this store.
  • All Sales and Venue In Lousiana - All sales shall be deemed made in the State of Lousiana, USA, regardless of the location of the Customer. The Customer agrees that any dispute with this store arising out of the Customer's purchase from this store or use of this web site shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in E.Baton Rouge Parish, State of Lousiana; and the Customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that the store's agreement to sell and deliver products to the Customer is dependent on this provision.
  • Governing Law - This Agreement will be governed by the laws in force in the State of Lousiana. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. Customer hereby agrees that applying Lousiana Law to this agreement is appropriate and that the Store's agreement to sell and deliver products to the Customer is dependent on this provision.
  • NO WARRANTY - The Store DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR INTEGRITY OF ANY PRODUCT. STORE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - IN NO EVENT SHALL STORE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY. UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY Lousiana LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STORE'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, EXCEED THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR COST OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM STORE.
  • Exclusive Agreement - These Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the Customer and Store for the matters set forth herein, and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in Store's invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in Customers' purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect
  • Shipping & Handling Fee Information: APO & AFO (Please READ for all APO/AFO orders)
    APO/AFO orders are not guaranteed due to the fact that we are not able to have delivery confirmation nor are we able 
    to track packages. All orders are expedited out of our shipping dock within 24 to 48 hours unless notified. Once the 
    order is shipped out with the appropriate shipping method chosen by the customer or by an appropriate shipping 
    option adjusted from the invoice, we do not guarantee any particular receiving dates.  For example, packages 
    getting shipped to customers deployed in Iraq, Japan, or any Middle Eastern or Asian countries took extra days to 
    receive the packages.  The main factor which plays the role on how fast APO/AFO customers get their shipment is 
    how fast US Military Postal Services re-route your packages to your stationed areas. Priority Shipping Method for 
    APO/AFO means that the package is getting to the military P.O.Boxes by Air.  ATTENTION: Some APO/AFO zip codes 
    have taken anywhere from 7days to two months on rare cases for delivery.APO/AFO orders will not be sent 
    SHIPPED Confirmation E-Mail unless requested. The only packages which will be insured are orders which total 
    more than $50.00  Any APO/AFO orders less than $50.00 can not be insured or claimed as lost/damaged 
    merchandise. We will not be responsible for any orders lost or damaged less than $50.00 although we have a very 
    reliable shipping department where products are packed very securely. We can only claim for insurance after 75 
    days if the package is claimed not received by customer.  The customer will be notified AFTER we've heard from the 
    USPS regarding the claim.  The turn around time for claims from the USPS is approximately 4-6 weeks. The 
    customer will not be paid in advance for the lost packages.  We will reship the replacement package only with a 
    written consent in which if the customer receives the prior package, either customer will return package to us at 
    customer's expense or we have the right to recharge the customer for replacement package and occured shipping 
    charges as well. Therefore, we CANNOT GUARANTEE deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.  We apologize for any 
    inconveniences. Please be patient with APO/AFO orders. We haven't had not one package lost so far out of 
    thousands of packages being sent every month. If you do a chargeback through your bank because of the delayed 
    package, you will be responsible for restocking fee, shipping charge already occurred and coming back, and a 
    charge back fee of $15.00 per transaction. Some packages being claimed not received has made its way to the 
    customer with delay! Please be advised of this policy before ordering for APO & AFO orders.  We will not make any 
    exceptions to any case.  Please do understand that we do have to abide the above policy to keep   Extreme beauty supply have 
    access all the products/merchandise to APO/AFO customers. All orders will be sent Priority Method unless 
    customer requests to have the order sent Parcel Post due to very heavy merchandise to not incur any extra shipping 
    charges. Parcel Post can take up to over two months for delivery in some areas
